Tong Kee (Holding) Limited (“the Group”) was incorporated in Hong Kong and listed on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in July 2018 (Stock code: 8305). Tong Kee Engineering Limited (“TKEL”) incorporated in 1994 and Tong Kee Engineering (Civil) Limited (“TKECL”) incorporated in 2011 are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tong Kee (Holding) Limited by its Chairman Mr. Sammy C. S. Heung. It established a representative office in Shenzhen, PRC since 2006, which is principally engaging in the business liaison for and on behalf of TKEL.
